[keycloak-user] GDPR

Just to clarify, software products are not GDPR compliant, companies and organisations are.
But software products can be designed and developed with elements mentioned in the GDPR, such as security by default or security by design, in mind. This is to help companies and organisations be compliant with GDPR.
