[keycloak-user] Bulk user imports

Or fix the DB connection to be faster? EG. temporarily deploy Keycloak 
on some server close to the DB server? As with fast network between 
Keycloak and DB, the import of 500 users should take few seconds instead 
of 25 minutes.
