[keycloak-user] [keycloak-dev] Keycloak 7 release

Was having a lot of issues with JBoss repository for this release, but it's
finally in JBoss repository now. Should be synced to Maven Central within
24 hours. In the future we may skip JBoss repository and go straight to
Maven Central to avoid issues like these.
