Hi Hannah,
You could config the JAVA_HOME parameter in the startup script (e.g. standalone.sh). You may set JAVA_HOME to /usr/lib/jvm/jre-openjdk which is a symbolic link to the latest jdk. In case you want to fix the major java version, you may use /usr/lib/jvm/jre-1.8.0
