[keycloak-user] Websockets with Keycloak

Hi,

we are building an app with keycloak.
The backend uses nodeJS the frontend is also written in JavaScript.

Is there a recommended way how to secure a websocket channel with Keycloak?
e.g. Heartbeats vs sending Token with each message?
