[mod_cluster-dev] Invalidation bug

Here's another one:

    * Nodes node1 and node2 running
    * I disable (via mod-cluster-manager) all contexts on node2
    * I open a new browser and connect to my webapp via httpd
    * --> The resulting page is empty !
    * --> I expected to get my session created on node1 !
    * When I re-enable all contexts on node2, this works
