[mod_cluster-dev] Enabling mod_cluster by default in AS6

No hurry with respect to releasing mod-cluster CR2; I'm all set with my 
demo, just need to create the images for GoGrid, EC2 and Rackspace.

However, once you released the changes we discussed (no dependency from 
JBossWeb to mod-cluster); I'll probably have to update my slides for JBW...
