Added MCMPConfiguration.getSessionDrainingStrategy() and enum values DEFAULT, ALWAYS, NEVER.
Default value is DEFAULT (duh...) - which is the previously hard-coded behavior (i.e. drain sessions for non-distributable webapps only).
