The issue is due to different size of proxy_balancer (48 and 52):
apr_array_header_t *errstatuses; was added.
In fact the worker and balancer are apr_array and there are in proxy_server_conf so their size could be read proxy there and mod_cluster should use the read size instead it the ones from the httpd includes.
