Updated road map for 3.1 (and 3.2)

Hi folks,

I've just updated the road map for Netty 3.1.  Please note that some
issues with lower priority were rescheduled to 3.2:

As you see, remaining noteworthy to-dos for 3.1 are:

  * IoC container integration (3.1.ALPHA3) - JBoss Microcontainer,
Google Guice, and Spring
  * Google Protocol Buffers integration (3.1.ALPHA3)
  * Idleness notification (3.1.ALPHA4)
  * XNIO transport (3.1.ALPHA4)

ALPHA3 has been delayed quite a lot, but I hope it will be released
before Jan 4, 2009.  Please stay tuned!

At last but not least, please feel free to propose a feature which
would be nice to have - it's not too late. :-)
