Deprecating ChannelPipelineCoverage?

Hi, Trusting,

I think the name is good.  You use the annotation with a handler and  
it says whether the the channel pipeline coverage for the handler is  
"all" or "one" channel pipelines.  That is just what it does.   
Whomever writes the handler has all the information that is needed  
with these annotations for how the handler should be coded.
