New Protobuf Encoder/Decoder

I have wrote a protobuf enncoder/decoder that does not require that all
messages are contained in wrapper Message.  This allows the api user to just
put their raw Messages into the buffer.  

Would other people be interested in this?  If so I can offer the source so
it can be committed into the netty repo.
