[netty-users] First experience with netty (and small typo in documentation)

An other thing which is not a must but which would be helpful if you made the
a complete example of "Speaking in POJO instead of ChannelBuffer". I thought
this example i best suited as a start to get me started, because it has
something of everything, but i couldnt find it :( (did i mis it maybe?).
