[netty-users] First experience with netty (and small typo in documentation)

I don;t need it anymore, but when i started i was looking for a
complete working compilable 
example of the POJO thing from the user guide. I could not find it, so
i thought you only 
had a couple of lines to explain how it works.  Anyway, not a big must,
just small 
observation from a user ;)
