IRC channel being logged, MarkMail archive added

Hi folks,

I've just set up an IRC logger so that you can browse any discussion
happened in the IRC channel just in case you've missed it.  If you
didn't know there was an IRC channel for Netty, yes there it is.  It's
#netty in irc.freenode.net.  The channel logs are located at:

  * http://gleamynode.net/log/irc/irclogger_logs/netty

Also, please note that all mailing list messages have been archived in
the MarkMail.org mailing list archive service.  MarkMail.org supports
advanced queries on mailing lists which might be useful when you look
for a solution which has been answered before.  It also provides some
statistics on the mailing lists.  The mailing list archive is located
at:

  * http://netty.markmail.org/
