Frederic, thanks for detailed answer. 
Some things are more clear now.

As a sql connection pool i look for DBCP from apache commons.

After your reply, i understood what's the difference between ChannelPipeline
coverage "one" and "all" :)

Please explain me, will adding the OrderedMemoryAwareThreadPoolExecutor can
improve the performance ?
How can i use it ?
