Heap Dump on no return from ExecutorServices

Hi Mike,

Thanks for the dump.  I'm not sure why it happened, but it seems like
Selector.select() is frozen for an unknown reason.  Can you reproduce it
always, or how often?  I suspect a bug in Apple JDK.
