Channel.isWritable()

I should add that while the server is sending this large file to the client,
the client is sending data to the server.  Thus, when I tried the approaches
I described for throttling the rate at which the server wrote to the
channel, I implemented this for both client and server - after all, having
the client's JVM blow its top isn't fun either :)
