Chunking Data

I want to build an application to move mobile objects and resources  
where the mobile object code uses OSGi to update a network node,  
rather than using the usual JMX solution with HTTP.  Thus, I need  
among other things to send (PUSH) a stream or chunked data to a target  
location.  HTTP in Netty is not the implementation I need.  Anything  
else out there?  Thanks.
