The user guide revised. Please review.

Hi Trustin
My suggestion could be bias since I'm working on a UDP program, I'm hoping
to see how to implement UDP in Netty.

Also, a timeout mechanism is also very useful since many network
applications need to deal with timeout.
E.g. how Netty implements timeout and keep alive?
