Announcing LittleProxy 0.1 based on Netty

LittleProxy won't uncompress anything -- it'll just pass the content along
to the browser as is and let the browser handle it.
I expect this will be a frequent request, however, and I'll even need it
myself now that I think about it. I just added a ticket for it here:

It's slated for the 0.2 release with no scheduled release date as of yet.
This falls nicely in line with some of Trustin's latest commits on the trunk
as well. I have to look more closely at his changes before answering the
handler design question, though -- seems like this should be very little
work from what I understand of what he's been up to.
