Netty Amazon Ec2

[Nicholas Hagen]

I have a system running Netty on EC2 but is running on port 80 as a  
HTTP server. Also I don't communicate between multiple instances yet.

Are your instances both in the same zone? Do you have your ports open  
in Amazon?
