Patch update: netty-242

Hello,

enclosed an update for the asynch hessian patch.

Changes:
- resolved memory and thread leaks
- improved session handling. see 
https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/NETTY-242
- added chat exmaple showing how callbacks can be implemented using 
continuations
- repackaged, so I can use it in my project. package may change if this 
patch is included in netty.

TODO:
- handle session timeouts
- handle call timeouts
