Do you understand the relationship between ChannelHandler, ChannelHandlerContext and ChannelPipeline?

Not sure if this is a typo or not, but in the updated documentation
explaining ChannelHandlerContext, the diagram indicates there is a n to m
relationship between context and handlers.  I assume you meant n to n?  At
least that's how I understood the explanation.
