When do I need to use ExecutionHandler + OrderedMemoryAwareThreadPoolExecutor

Hi all.

I'm reading the api docs for ExecutionHandler +
OrderedMemoryAwareThreadPoolExecutor and it seems that I'd always wan't to
execute ChannelEvent's in the same order they are created by the framework.
If I don't register a ExecutionHandler on my pipeline, what unexpected
behavior could happen? The order of ChannelEvents (found
in SimpleChannelUpstreamHandler) be changed?
