AMQP Transport Layer API

Hi Joern,

It is nice to see that your project is coming to fruition step by step.
 Out of curiosity, is it going to be an official part of RabbitMQ to
replace its existing AMQP stack?  I saw you mentioned RabbitMQ in the
github project page.
