admin interface?

There is a branch that provides some handlers:

    http://fisheye.jboss.org/browse/Netty/branches/trafficAndIpfilter

I'd like to:

1) Merge the branch
2) Provide JMX integration for it

in the future.  Regarding RESTful interface, someone (or we?) could
write a RESTful connector for JMX.
