DelimiterBasedFrameDecoder sending 0 length message

Hi guys,
Just found that DelimiterBasedFrameDecoder is sending zero length messages
to message handler. Not sure if this is a bug. Let me know if this need to
be raised in JIRA.

Version of Netty 3.1.5
