Netty 3.2.1.Final released: onward to 4!

There are some dependencies that are only available in the JBoss.org M2
repo.  JBoss.org infrastructure team is working hard to get in sync with
the central repository, so we should get there when they are finished.
I'm not sure about the exact timeline though.
