Netty 3.2.1.Final released: onward to 4!

Awesome Trustin.

A feature request for 4.0 would be more direct control over the thread
pooling at the api layer.

Also more configuration options for the stock filters (so i don't have to
keep extending them).

Just have to say that I've been using netty for about 3 weeks (a long time
in our dev iterations) and I'm thoroughly impressed with its performance and
ease of use.

Keep it up!
