DelimiterBasedFrameDecoder sending 0 length message

Hi Murali,

First of all, I'd recommend you to upgrade to 3.2.1.Final before you
write a bug report.

Also, I need to know what constructor parameters were given to
DelimiterBasedFrameDecoder and what data was received to trigger the
problem.  Without such information, I don't even know if it's a bug or not.
