To be precise, TooLongFrameException is raised at the end of the too
long frame.  It was just a decision to make LengthFieldBasedFrameDecoder
and DelimiterBasedFrameDecoder behave in the same way.

However, I think it is a good idea to add a fail-fast option, as you
suggested.  Let me add it to the next feature release.
