HashedWheelTimer and changing system time

at one test run yesterday I've seen the same, when I set the time back
Thread.sleep hung until the time it wanted to sleep to had been
reached, but it happened only once, i was not able to reproduce this.
I guess they're also not using the "monotonic" timer in there. that
was on Windows.
