By default, Netty does not use XNIO. Netty 3.1 has an XNIO transport
that works with XNIO 1.x. Since XNIO has been rewritten in 2.0 and I
didn't have time to catch up the changes, it has been removed in 3.2. I
will add it back again in 3.3 or later when I have a chance.
