[POLL] Upstream/Downstream vs. Inbound/Outbound

I'm on netty for quite some time (loving and lusting it and wants to make little netty babies with it) and still from time to time goes "so downstream would be err..emmm...".
I would happily embrace and adapt to the proposed change and would argue it will help new comers to get a grasp even just from reading the API.
