I just tested (and slightly adapted) your class within my application. 
It works really well. I see both bandwidth and throughput improvements
with your zero copy frame decoder (68MB/s -> 82MB/s and 
920 call/s -> 1030 call/s). 

What is the license of this class ?  I had like to use it in my 
application until Netty provides a such functionality.
