A couple of questions regarding Exception handeling.

Removing the ReadTimeOutHandler from the pipleine seems to work how I want it
to... Just wondering if it's the right thing to do...

As well, why are the exception thrown in MyMessagEncoderDecoder being caught
in the HeaderDecoder?
