is it good to use Observable to send simultant data to thousand client

let me introduce myself, iam muzni from indonesia..
right now i have something bothering me..iam using Observable java as server
to send data to 1000 client n more simultant..and the one is bothering me,
is it a good example to send simultant data to 1000 client?? thx u all
