Release schedule for 4.x?

Considering that even the first alpha is not out yet, it is difficult to tell the release date of a stable release.  I'm currently focusing on fixing known issues in 3.2.  Once 3.2.4 is out, I'll announce the new feature list for 4.0.  Then it will be easier to tell a rough date.
