IdleStateAwareChannelHandler.channelDisconnected(...) is not called intermittently

Hi Daniel,

I finally had a chance to review your message and I agree with you that
there is a race condition as you pointed out.

I've just checked the fix in, and here's the latest JAR for you:

Could you please confirm if my fix works?
