3.2.5 Release?

[Ngoc Dao]

Is there any problem using the file upload feature (from the latest
source at Github) right now?
I'm using it for my web framework (https://github.com/ngocdaothanh/xitrum).
It's strange for a web framework to not have the file upload feature.
