netty performance

Hello Ioan,

my misstake, 0.8 mills not seconds.
I tested it with other network configuration and a roundtrip with my client/
server application always took 0.2-0.4 millis. But it scales. 100 - 1000
roundtrips per second it always took the same time. Why my first test over
lan took 1 ms. I don't know. I will repeat this test on the same network.
But 0.2 millis for a loopback roundtrip, I'm not sure but I think it's to
long.
