Worker threads in NioServerSocketChannelFactory vs. ExecutionHandler

   Hello Netty folks,

What is the difference/relationship between two worker thread executors,
namely ExecutionHandler and the one passed to NioServerSocketChannelFactory
constructor? Are they alternatives or complementary? If they are
complementary how should I set their pool sizes with respect to each other?
