Synchronizing HTTP Requests with Netty

Hi Norman,

Thank you for your response. I was missing some details - PUT request can
replace an existing file, and I need to avoid overwriting the existing file
while somebody is reading it. Also, I might need to support POST request,
which appends data to an existing file.
