Logging in Netty

I'm having a problem with dropped packets and I'm trying to figure out
where it happens. According to wireshark, they are coming down the
wire. But in my data receiver, I'm not getting them.

What's the best way to figure this out? I'm thinking something
somewhere is probably keeping too busy and the packets are just not
getting processed. I'd like to turn on full debug logs in Netty to try
and trace it down. How do I do this?
