Threads & New Connections

The threads that are waiting don't look like boss or worker threads.  Looking
at VisualVM, they start and immediately get parked on "TIMED_WAITING".  The
problem might be caused by an included JAR in my code..I guess I will start
from scratch see where the problem starts to occur.
