Draft17 Support

Hi,

As I understand it, browsers only support up to DRAFT 10.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WebSocket#Browser_support

I'm planning to have a look at DRAFT 17 it in DEC/JAN when I have more time.

If anyone would like to tackle it before that timeframe, please give it a
go.  Let me know if you need some pointers.
