Periodic TimerTask in netty

That's what I am talking about. If netty 4 can do that, the programming model
will be more consistent when using netty.

read this topic . Seems visibility has been considerated by
OrderedMemoryAwareThreadPoolExecutor. Different threads in it can see data
change made by other threads
