Sending POST params and why isn't DefaultHttpDataFactory not in the releases?

This was resolved. In order for server to accept post requests
httpReq.setHeader(HttpHeaders.Names.CONTENT_TYPE,"application/x-www-form-urlencoded");
needs to be executed. 

Would still like to know when HttpDataFactory will be included & why.
