Deadlock when a lot of connections disconnect at the same time

I wrote a little client program which opens 100 connections to the
server and when the program shuts down, all the io workers at the
server stuck at the synchronized block in
NioWorker.cleanUpWriteBuffer. I think it's related to Issue
#NETTY-434.
